Should circumstances change and for some reason you were unable to attend the live event, we have you covered. We are aware in these uncertain times that you need to know that you have options should something change for you. While we have every hope that FitEX will go ahead as planned, we have outlined your choices below should something change.
If we are unable to hold the event face to face all sessions will be delivered virtually, different to the current Recorded Virtual Pass where we have pre selected a few sessions). In this scenario you will be able to select any of the sessions to watch during each time slot.
Event can’t take place in person
(eg Level 3 or 4 lockdown in Auckland or we can’t host 100+ attendees)
- We will host FitEX streamed live. In this circumstance all sessions will be streamed live with your choice to view any of the sessions.
- We will refund everyone the price they paid less $195 (to cover the cost of the live streamed pass).
Event is taking place but you can’t attend due to Covid-19*
(eg travel restricted from your region)
- You have the choice of:
- A credit for FitEX 2022 (ie attend the same day/product you purchased)
- Transfer to the Recorded Virtual Pass for 2021 plus receive a credit for 2022 FitEX for what you paid minus $95 (to cover the Recorded Virtual Pass).
- Transfer to the Recorded Virtual Pass for 2021 plus receive a refund for 2022 FitEX for what you paid minus $95 (to cover the Recorded Virtual Pass).
You choose to not attend*
(eg your circumstances change)
- Receive a credit for what you paid less $195
*Available for up to one week before the event.
