Helping Clients to Age Well

The aging population needs us (and they are great for our business)! Research has proven that moving is one of the key ingredients for a great old age. With the right stimulus, 70-80% of aging doesn’t need to happen. So exciting. But we need to be aware that each client has both a chronological age and a biological age. Which one are you training and what kind of training works best? Perhaps you could use this session as a bit of self-care (after all the aging process cranks up around age 35!)
