Manny Pina

In the last 10 years as a fitness instructor, I have learned many ways to lead and engage with people. Every participant teaches you something new which is why I learn to see the job of a group fitness professional as a leader, a collector of experiences for people to look up to.
This brings a great weight of responsibility on the instructor. We need to be relatable while looking professional, be able to supervise techniques and success while keeping the ambience of the fitness session relaxed and trustworthy. It’s all in creating balance.

I build memorable sessions by bringing a boisterous personality by working closely to the rhythm of music with grit that drives my functional training routines. My goal is to always make you sweat while helping your day feel way better.
