Dave has worked with a range of Commonwealth, Olympic and World Championship athletes over the last 30 years in a wide range of sports from equestrian to Olympic lifting. This session covers the 4 key strength and conditioning principles with practical examples applied to training. Dave will also cover the 4 stages of programming to help you design programmes that build athletic performance.
