Training loads – Lessions from professional sport to reduce your clients injury risk

We will look at a simple, practical way to monitor your clients exercise levels. We will identify how this has been used in professional and semi-professional sport, and look at the scientific research that has been conducted on this measure. Then we finish with some pointers for how to use this with our personal training clients, who are obviously not professional athletes.
