Wonky knees? No problem…

Do you ever have clients that have been told that they have poor knee control? Do you work with athletes in their off/pre-season and would like to assist them with injury prevention strategies? This session will guide you thought the basics of screening, the difference between control, balance and proprioception as well as what to do to assist your clients with these issues.

• Understand the lower limb – open & closed kinetic chain
• Understand the difference between: proprioception, balance and control
• Be comfortable in describing and applying the relationship between these three strategies
• Learn basic knee control exercises, from muscle specific exercises through to progressions into functional patterns.
